First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how a device that stimulates the vagus nerve (used for depression or epilepsy) affects stomach emptying and digestion. Researchers will compare stomach function in 16 people who already have the device to healthy controls. The goal is to understand the connection, not to test a new treatment.
