This trial tests whether adding vacuum compression therapy — a device that applies cycles of pressure and suction to the leg — can improve healing of chronic lower limb ulcers. Adults with ulcers that have not healed despite standard care will receive either standard wound care alone or standard care plus 12 sessions of vacuum therapy over four weeks.
