Brain wave test could personalize recovery for veterans
NCT ID NCT04395157
Summary
This study aimed to see if a simple brain wave test could help match Veterans with mental health conditions to the right type of brain training. Researchers enrolled 100 Veterans from VA programs to measure their brain activity and see how it related to their thinking skills and recovery over four months. The goal was to gather information to create more personalized recovery plans in the future, not to provide immediate treatment.
