Active substance

Veterans Anxiety Skills Training (VAST) - a brief behavioral intervention

What this could lead to

If it works, this could provide an effective, short-term therapy option for veterans with anxiety in primary care settings.

What could go wrong

This is a relatively small, completed trial. The intervention may not prove more effective than usual care, and results may not apply to all veterans or non-veteran populations.
