Summary

This study compares two common procedures—semi-rigid and flexible ureteroscopy—for removing upper ureter stones smaller than 2 cm. Researchers will measure how well each method clears stones, how long the surgery takes, and the costs involved. 100 adults with upper ureter stones will take part to help doctors choose the best approach for each patient.
