Summary

This study tests a brief home visitation program for pregnant and postpartum women. Half of the 450 participants will receive at least two free home visits from a community health worker, who will provide resources and tools to prepare for the baby. The other half will receive standard clinic care. Researchers will compare stress levels, health confidence, and connections to community resources between the two groups.
