Summary
This study looked at whether doing strength exercises one leg at a time helps people regain leg strength and balance better than using both legs together after ACL reconstruction. 48 adults who had ACL surgery at least 3 months ago took part in a 6-week training program. The goal was to see which method leads to stronger, more equal legs.
