Inclusion Criteria:① Clinically diagnosed with acute or chronic renal failure; ② Complete laboratory test results and ultrasound images are available. Exclusion Criteria:① Concurrent severe organ failure; ② Poor image quality; ③ History of renal surgery; ④ Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
