First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new, non-invasive treatment called ultrasound-guided transcutaneous pulsed radiofrequency (TCPRF) for people with cervical radiculopathy—a condition causing neck, shoulder, and arm pain from irritated nerves. About 32 adults with symptoms lasting over six weeks will receive either TCPRF or a sham treatment over four weeks, alongside standard rehab. The goal is to see if TCPRF reduces pain and improves daily function better than the placebo.
