Neck pain relief showdown: McKenzie vs. nerve flossing
NCT ID NCT07592715
First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This study compared two physical therapy approaches—McKenzie exercises and neural flossing—in 28 adults aged 25 to 60 with sudden-onset cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck causing pain and numbness). Researchers measured changes in pain and daily function to see which technique offered better relief. The goal was to find a more effective way to ease symptoms without surgery or medication.
