NCT ID NCT07175701
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looks at whether reducing ultra-processed foods (like chips, soda, and packaged snacks) can improve blood sugar levels in healthy young Korean adults aged 20-39. Participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor and track their diet for 10 days before and after receiving dietary counseling. The goal is to see if cutting back on these foods, without changing total calories or exercise, leads to steadier blood sugar after meals.
