First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether reducing ultra-processed foods (like chips and sugary drinks) can improve blood sugar levels in healthy Korean adults aged 20-39. Participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor and report their diet for 10 days before and after receiving dietary counseling. The goal is to see if cutting back on these foods helps keep blood sugar more stable after meals.
