This trial tests whether one type of nerve block (intercostal) is as good as another (paravertebral) for controlling pain and keeping blood sugar levels stable in the first two days after minimally invasive lung surgery. The study involves 64 adults aged 18-70 who are scheduled for video-assisted lung resection.
