Summary

This pilot study tests two ultra-high-dose radiation schedules in 31 men with intermediate-risk prostate cancer. One group gets five high-dose sessions over a week; the other gets a single massive dose. The goal is to see if these shorter treatments are safe and can control the cancer. Participants are followed for at least 5 years to monitor side effects and tumor response.
