NCT ID NCT02724488
First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at how tumors evolve when patients with advanced head and neck cancer or melanoma receive immune checkpoint inhibitors. Researchers collect blood samples and tumor biopsies to track genetic changes in the cancer over time. The goal is to understand how tumors adapt to treatment, not to test a new therapy. About 14 participants are enrolled.
