Brain artery block shows promise for stopping migraines

Summary
This study tests whether blocking a small artery in the brain (the middle meningeal artery) with a special glue can prevent chronic migraines. About 70 adults with hard-to-treat chronic migraine will receive the procedure. The main goal is to see if it safely reduces the number of migraine days.
