Bone-moving device aims to heal stubborn leg wounds

Summary

This study is testing a device called TrueLok Elevate that uses a small bone cut and gradual movement to help heal chronic lower leg ulcers. The goal is to see if the wound fully closes within 12 months after the device is removed. The study will include 153 adults who need surgery for these hard-to-heal ulcers.
