First seen Apr 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving three drugs (pucotenlimab, lenvatinib, and temozolomide) before surgery can improve outcomes for people with a rare type of skin cancer called acral melanoma. About 30 adults with stage IIB or III melanoma that can be removed will receive the drugs for 3 cycles, then have surgery. After surgery, those whose cancer didn't respond well may continue one drug for a year. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major response in the tumor.
