Summary
This study tested an experimental oral drug called Trichomylin in 11 adults with advanced cancer who had moderate to severe pain despite taking strong opioids. The goal was to see if the drug is safe and can provide additional pain relief. Participants took the drug twice daily, and researchers measured changes in pain scores and side effects.
