Summary
This study tested a low-dose fentanyl patch in 14 cancer patients in Taiwan to see if it is safe and tolerable for managing pain. The patch delivers pain medicine through the skin over 28 days. The main goal was to see how many patients dropped out due to side effects, with the hope that starting at a lower dose would reduce problems.
