Summary
This study tested whether a type of massage called oncological perineal massage can help women who have pain during sex and vaginal tightness after gynecological cancer treatment. 35 women received ten weekly massage sessions plus education about the pelvic floor. The goal was to see if this approach improves quality of life by reducing these common side effects.
