Summary

This phase II trial tests whether adding either duvelisib or oral azacitidine to standard chemotherapy improves outcomes for people with certain types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma that have not been treated yet. About 170 participants will receive one of three treatment combinations. The main goal is to see which approach leads to more complete remissions, while also monitoring side effects.
