Summary

This phase 3 trial tests an inhaled drug called treprostinil palmitil in 344 adults with pulmonary hypertension caused by interstitial lung disease. Participants take the drug or a placebo once daily for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug helps them walk farther in six minutes.
