Summary

This study follows 20 people with Parkinson's disease who have a brain procedure called focused ultrasound to stop tremors. Researchers want to understand why some people's tremors come back within two years. Participants will have brain scans and regular check-ups to find clues that could help doctors choose who will benefit most from this treatment.
