First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new radioactive tracer called TRDC002 to see if it can help find prostate cancer that has come back or spread. The tracer attaches to a protein (PSMA) on cancer cells and lights them up on a PET scan. Six adults with recurrent or metastatic prostate cancer will receive two different doses to find the best dose and timing for clear images, while also checking for side effects.
