First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 31, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new drug called TRC102 (methoxyamine) combined with standard chemotherapy (cisplatin and pemetrexed) in people with advanced solid tumors or mesothelioma that has not responded to prior treatment. The goal is to see if TRC102 can make cancer cells more sensitive to chemotherapy, potentially shrinking tumors or slowing their growth. The trial involves about 30 participants and is currently active but no longer recruiting.
