New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat breast cancer

Summary
This study tests a drug called trastuzumab deruxtecan, which delivers chemotherapy directly to cancer cells, alone or with anastrozole (a hormone blocker), for people with early-stage HER2 low, hormone receptor positive breast cancer. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely before surgery. About 88 participants will take part.
