Summary
This phase II trial is testing a combination of three drugs—trastuzumab rezetecan, adebrelimab, and lenvatinib—as a first treatment for people with advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer that has HER2 markers. The study aims to see how well the drugs shrink tumors and control the disease. About 70 adults with this type of cancer will take part.
