Summary

This study is testing if the drug trametinib can help control advanced cancers that have specific genetic changes called GNAQ or GNA11 mutations. It is for patients with various cancers, including solid tumors and lymphomas, that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if trametinib can shrink these tumors or stop them from growing.
