NCT ID NCT04439279

Summary

This study is testing a pill called trametinib for people with advanced cancers that have stopped responding to other treatments and have specific changes in a gene called BRAF. The pill aims to block proteins that these cancer cells need to grow. Researchers want to see if the treatment can shrink these cancers or stop them from getting worse.
