New COPD drug TQC2938 aims to cut lung Flare-Ups in half

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TQC2938 in 256 adults aged 40-80 with moderate to severe COPD. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce the number of serious lung attacks (exacerbations) over 24 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which they receive. The study also monitors safety and how the drug behaves in the body.
