New injection shows promise for sinus sufferers
NCT ID NCT06451640
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested a new medicine called TQC2731, given as an injection, to see if it is safe and works well for people with long-term sinus inflammation and nasal polyps (growths in the nose). The trial involved 59 adults who had already completed a previous study of the same drug. The main goal was to check for side effects and measure changes in nasal polyp size. This treatment aims to control the disease, not cure it, and may require ongoing use.
