Summary
This study is looking for early warning signs of serious side effects from the breast cancer drug T-DXd. Researchers will collect blood samples from 84 people with advanced breast cancer before and during treatment. The goal is to find markers that could predict who is at risk for lung problems or other severe side effects, so doctors can better manage treatment.
