First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called tovorafenib in Japanese children, teens, and young adults (ages 6 months to 25 years) with a specific type of brain tumor (low-grade glioma) that has come back or is growing. The drug is taken as a pill once a week. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, and also to see if it can shrink the tumors. Participants will be in the study for up to about 4 years, including treatment and follow-up.
