Summary
This study tests two methods for setting the pressure of a tourniquet (a tight band that stops blood flow) during wrist fracture surgery. The goal is to see which method gives surgeons a clearer view, reduces pain from the cuff, and leads to fewer complications. About 140 adults having wrist fracture surgery will take part, and their recovery will be tracked for one year.
