First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of the immunotherapy drug toripalimab with two chemotherapy drugs (cisplatin and docetaxel) as an initial treatment for people with advanced head and neck cancer that has a specific marker (CPS-positive). The goal is to see if this approach is safe and tolerable, and to control the disease before more definitive treatment. About 26 participants will take part in this early-stage trial.
