Summary

This study tested whether a toothpaste containing 8% arginine can relieve tooth sensitivity better than a standard cavity-protection toothpaste. Eighty adults with sensitive teeth used one of the two toothpastes for eight weeks. The main goal was to see if the arginine toothpaste reduced pain from touch and cold air more effectively.
