First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests whether a digital platform called ToBrainHealth can help adults aged 40-75 stick to brain-healthy habits like exercise, better sleep, and social activities. 120 participants at moderate or high risk will be split into three groups: one gets general advice, another gets personalized digital coaching, and a third gets the same coaching plus extra support from a health professional. The goal is to see which approach works best for preventing cognitive decline.
