Summary

This study looks at how proposed tobacco regulations might affect the buying and use habits of people in Appalachian Kentucky. About 473 adults who use tobacco daily will take online surveys and shop in a pretend online store where prices change. The goal is to see if rules like higher prices or fewer options could steer people toward safer choices.
