NCT ID NCT07401745
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether wearing a custom mouth splint and getting a granisetron injection into the jaw muscle reduces pain from temporomandibular disorders (TMD) better than the splint alone or with lidocaine. About 48 adults with jaw muscle pain will be followed for 6 months. The goal is to find a more effective way to ease pain and improve jaw movement.
