New hope for advanced cancer: TJ101 trial begins

Summary
This early-phase trial tests TJ101, an experimental antibody-drug conjugate, in adults with advanced solid tumors (lung, prostate, esophageal, and others) who have no standard treatment options left. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 200 participants will receive TJ101 intravenously and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
