Summary

This study tests a new imaging tool that helps surgeons see blood flow in real time during colon surgery for colorectal cancer. About 150 adults will have both standard dye imaging and a new laser-based method to guide where to cut and reconnect the colon. The goal is to see if the new method helps surgeons make better decisions and reduce complications.
