New diabetes & weight loss drug tested specifically for indian population

Summary
This study aims to check how safe and effective the medication tirzepatide is for adults in India who have type 2 diabetes or who are overweight/obese. About 344 participants will receive the medication for 46 weeks. Researchers will monitor side effects, weight changes, and blood sugar control to see how well the treatment works for this specific population.
