First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether exercising in the morning or evening helps the body handle sugar better in people with prediabetes who have an extreme natural body clock. Twenty-eight adults with prediabetes and overweight will do a single cycling session at 9 AM, 5 PM, or no exercise on separate days. Researchers will measure how well insulin works after each session to see if timing matters.
