First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at whether rotating shift workers could stick to a time-restricted eating plan, where they only eat during certain hours. Researchers wanted to see if this approach helps control blood glucose levels during both day and night shifts. 31 healthcare workers took part to test if the diet is practical and how it affects their blood sugar.
