Summary

This study tests an online program called Supper Heroes that helps families cook more meals at home, reduce food waste, and eat more plant-based foods. About 330 families in Ontario, Canada with a child aged 9-12 will take part. The program lasts 7 weeks, and researchers will measure food waste and diet changes up to 6 months later.
