First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether limiting all eating to a 10-hour window each day for one year can help people with type 2 diabetes better control their blood sugar. About 100 adults with type 2 diabetes will follow this time-restricted eating plan. Researchers will track changes in blood sugar levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being using routine clinic data and questionnaires.
