First seen Dec 11, 2025 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether limiting food intake to a 9-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) can improve heart health in 100 adults with obesity and prediabetes. Participants will follow this eating pattern for 12 weeks without changing how much they eat. Researchers will measure insulin sensitivity, blood sugar control, and fat tissue changes to see if this approach reduces heart disease risk.
