Summary
This study tests if limiting when you eat (time-restricted eating) can reduce side effects from cancer treatment, improve mood, and even affect tumor biology. Researchers will enroll 175 adults with rectal or breast cancer who are receiving treatment. Participants will follow a specific meal schedule, and the study will track side effects, tumor response, and quality of life.
