Summary
This study tests a program to help doctors safely reduce or stop thyroid hormone medication in adults aged 65 and older who are getting too much or don't need it. The goal is to prevent harm from overtreatment while keeping thyroid levels healthy. About 900 participants will take part across multiple sites.
