Summary

This study is testing a special thermal probe that measures temperature changes in the colon wall during a routine colonoscopy. The goal is to see if this device can help detect inflammation in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. About 20 adults will take part, and the probe will be used alongside their standard care procedure.
